With the new feature in Scan App agents can delete their account directly from the device they are using.
Scan App version 4.4.0 for Android and iOS contains a new feature that allows individual agents to delete their Scan App account and any data stored about them directly from their device. Deleting will remove any personal data stored via Scan App on the device and server. e.g. name and email address. Data that cannot be deleted on the server side will be anonymized.
According to GDPR anyone can demand to see data stored about them and can request that they are removed or anonymized at any time. Hence, the new Scan App feature will make it easy for you to remain GDPR compliant.
The option to delete account it is available in Scan App under the Preferences menu.
